Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on YASHVIK ONLINE SERVICES PVT. LTD., including digital gift cards, vouchers, and wallet-based transactions.

Nature of Products

All products sold on our platform are digital in nature. Once a gift card or voucher is generated, delivered, or revealed, it cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged.

No Refund on Delivered Gift Cards

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Successfully delivered digital gift cards or vouchers
• Gift cards that have been viewed, used, or partially redeemed
• Incorrect purchases made by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase

Failed or Incomplete Transactions

If a payment is deducted but the gift card is not delivered due to a technical issue, the transaction will be reviewed. After verification, the amount will be refunded to original payment method or credited to your wallet.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order for a digital gift card is placed and payment is completed, cancellation is not permitted.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Wallet Balance

Wallet balances added to your account are non-refundable and can only be used to purchase gift cards or services available on our platform.

Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds or cancel transactions if fraud, misuse, or violation of our terms is suspected.
